  I recently ordered a garage door opener so I wouldn't have to lift the existing heavy door following spine surgery. I requested the opener on a Monday morning. The opener was installed by Wednesday. A very smooth process all around.The fellow who did the install was very thorough, explained everything and checked the door to be sure it was solid and had no issues.  He left his card and advised me to call questions or concerns.  The lady in the office was very pleasant and contacted me right away to reschedule the first visit. This was my second purchase from the company and both transactions went smoothly. I definitely recommend this company and their excellent staff.

  Over the past fifteen years or whenever I have had  problems with my three garage doors I've called Cody Overhead Doors who came out the same day to fix them.  The last time was two weeks ago when the main spring that lifts one of the doors snapped in half.  When I called, they sent Mike out to temporarily bolt the spring together so the door could be used. He came back the next day with a new spring which he installed and my door was working like new again.  I can't give enough praise to this great company who have always done an excellent job fixing any problem I've had and cost-wise have never over charged for their great service.  They are the company to call whenever your garage doors have a problem.  They are the best!
